I first met Mr. Alhayek of NEC Construction, Inc. when he first responded to a request to redo my bathroom in my newly purchased home in 2003. From the outset, he presented himself respectfully and he showed a keen ability to listen to what our needs were. He sat down with us on multiple occasions and allowed us the space and time we needed to decide on what we wanted, whilst all the time offering invaluable suggestions without being intrusive. Once he accepted the project, he went to work, commanding his work crew and the project with utmost professionalism.
He subsequently handled a deck building project in my home with similar disposition.
He came through for me when it counted the most. An existing building needed to be rebuilt into a medical office. The project had been bungled by a contractor who squandered months and treasure and could not complete the project still. In desperation, I contacted Mr. Samir Alhayek. Given the fact that this project was located in Chicago and he needed to work with the city for permits and such, I knew it was not going to be easy for him logistically. With compassion, he came into the rescue. It was a Herculean task to tear down the mistakes that had been done. Nonetheless, he completed the project in four short months. In the event, he saved me more financial losses. What was even more remarkable was the laudable quality and finish of the work. Everyone has only had praise for this work.
Mr. Alhayek is a professional of the highest order. He is competent and capable. His work is impeccable. He has the intellectual and technical knowhow necessary for the demanding client. His personal and interpersonal skills are so superb. He does his work as for a friend. Though he does not compromise on quality, he is cost conscious, his ability to put himself in his clients’ shoes no doubt informing his decisions. 
It is obvious I only have the highest regard for Mr. Alhayek and I have no reservation in highly recommending him for whatever project or station he applies for.

The gentlemen were pleasant and willing to answer any questions or provide information regarding the operation and installation of my windows. Most importantly, they cleaned up all debris and replaced all furniture without having to be told. They did a very good job on the installation… nothing broken, no mess, and absolutely no mess ups!!!!!
